Atas peristiwa yang banyak membuat masyarakat murka itu, ibu korban menunjuk pengacara H.Dodi Sularso, SH.MH dari D’Raja Law Firm yang beralamat di jalan Panjang Raya Cododol Permata Hijau Jakarta Selatan untuk mengawal hingga tuntas kasus yang menimpa anaknya tersebut.
“Sebagai kuasa hukum korban, tentunya kami ingin kasus ini pelaku yang berinisial RC PNS salah satu instansi di Pemprov Jambi dapar dihukum seberatnya. Kami akan kawal sampai tuntas,’ujar Dodi, Kamis malam, 14 November 2024.
Papar Dodi, ini menjadi preseden buruk jika petistiwa yang bisa menampar muka pemimpin Jambi itu tidak dikawal sampai tuntas.
“Kami ingin pihak berwajib dapat bertindak tegas kepada pelaku pedofil. Karena prilaku penjahat anak-anak itu bisa merusak masa depan mereka,”tegas Dodi.
Seperti diberita sejumlah media online di Jambi, Pelaku yang berinisial RC diketahui telah ditahan dan diperiksa di Polda Jambi, Kamis (13/11) pagi.
Dodi Sularso, SH., MH, menjelaskan berdasarkan penuturan kliennya, kejadian bermula saat Korban A pulang sekolah dengan berjalan kaki dari SMP 24 Kota Jambi menuju jalan kearah Purnama.
Dalam perjalanan, A yang merupakan anak dibawah umur ini dihampiri mobil berwarna merah jenis HRV Prestige yang dikendarai seorang laki-laki berseragam PNS diketahui berinisial RC.
Pelaku RC lantas menanyakan alamat tempat bermain biliard. Kepada laki-laki tersebut, korban mengaku mengetahui tempat itu, yang berada di RT 29.
Setelah itu, pelaku menawarkan kepada korban untuk naik mobil pelaku dan meminta diantarkan dengan iming-iming akan diberikan uang dan diantarkan pulang.
Tanpa curiga, korban naik mobil tersebut, yang lantas melintas di Perum Citra Nusa. Sesampainya di pos atas Citra Nusa, mobil pelaku berhenti dan terjadi pelecehan dan pencabulan terhadap korban, pelaku memegang kemaluan korban.
Setelah melancarkan aksinya, pelaku menurunkan korban di depan pesantren yang berada di RT 29. Setelah itu, korban bergegas melapor kepada security yang bertugas.(ono)
